A HOME FOR HEARTLAND

A NOTE FROM CHAPMAN

“We’ve seen God do too much to slow down now.” These words naturally flowed from my mouth as I excitedly shared the news about our new building opportunity with a friend, and those words are true.

When our launch team began gathering in the summer of 2023, everyone jotted down some ideas about how our church could make a meaningful difference in Campbellsville. Those ideas quickly led us to picking up spatulas to flip pancakes for students at Campbellsville University, filling backpacks with food at our local schools, and setting up an event space to worship Jesus every Sunday. As we began serving our community like crazy, we learned that there is a lot of work to do in Campbellsville.

We’re dreaming about a home for Heartland that will help us do the work. We’re dreaming about a community space that welcomes kids, students, and families to hear the incredible news of Jesus. We’re dreaming about a place where life is found (John 1:4). We’re dreaming about a spaWe’re dreaming a big dream, and we need your help to make this dream become reality.

We mean it - we would love you to join us on the journey as we plant Heartland Church. We want to invite you to go “ALL IN” with us as we pursue what’s next for our young church.

We’ve already seen Jesus transform lives. We’ve seen hope redeem families. We’ve seen dignity restored to people in need. We’ve seen God do way too much to slow down now. We’re just getting started, and we know that God will continue to do more than we might ever ask or imagine.

  1. Getting Involved. We need you to help us serve Campbellsville and bring this vision to life. Join us this Sunday to begin getting involved.

  2. Getting Invested. You can do get invested by committing to pray daily over our church and our next steps all the way up to Easter. You can also get invested by giving financially to this project.

  3. Getting Invitational. Invite others along the journey with us. Because of Jesus, there’s always room for one more.

Founded in 2023, Heartland Church was born with a mission to love God, love people, and make disciples in Campbellsville, KY and beyond. Heartland began in a home, grew into an event space, and is currently working towards a new home.
